The screwable McHurt Clamps are individually adjustable, so that the desired pressure can seamlessly be customized to requirements and increased or decreased while wearing.
On this wider version, the 16 millimetre wide contact surface distributes the pressure over a larger area than on the slimmer version. This makes these clamps particularly suitable for female nipples, as the caused pain is more flat and therefore more bearable.    
The plastic cover ensures a good grip and prevents slipping even more effectively on this wide version. 

Only one detail should be noted with these clamps:
Since the clamps do not have a spring mechanism, they do not automatically readjust when body fluid is pushed out of the pressed tissue. Therefore in most cases the clamps must be adjusted again after 30 to 60 seconds because otherwise they would slack. Latest after the second readjustment the clamps will provide a safe hold and are suitable for the attachments of weights also.
