The screwable McHurt Clamps are invinitely variable, so that the desired pressure can be customized to your requirements and increased or decreased while wearing.
The 8 millimetre wide contact surface is slightly slanted towards the inside to facilitate secure attachment, which allows the use on various body parts.
The plastic cover ensures a good grip and effectively prevents slipping.

Only one detail should be noted with these clamps:
Since the clamps do not have a spring mechanism, they do not automatically readjust when body fluid is pushed out of the pressed tissue. Therefore in most cases the clamps must be adjusted again after 30 to 60 seconds because otherwise they would slack. Latest after the second readjustment the clamps will provide a safe hold and are suitable for the attachments of weights also.
